Netlume

Company

Helping infrastructure engineers understand complex systems faster.

Netlume exists to help infrastructure engineers understand complex systems faster and operate them with greater confidence.

Why Netlume

The networks got bigger. The tools stayed fragmented.

Modern infrastructure spans data center fabrics, provider backbones, campus networks, multiple clouds and, increasingly, GPU clusters whose performance depends entirely on the network between them.

The information needed to troubleshoot these systems already exists — in device state, telemetry, logs, routing tables and configuration history. What is missing is a layer that understands how it all fits together and can investigate across it the way an experienced engineer would.

That is what we are building. Netlume is an AI-native investigation and operations layer for network and AI infrastructure: it connects to what you already run, models how it is connected, and helps engineers get from symptom to verified root cause with confidence.

Principles

What we believe

01

Engineers stay in charge

AI should do the collecting, correlating and explaining. People should make the decisions that change production.

02

Show the work

An answer without evidence is a guess. Every conclusion Netlume reaches comes with the data and reasoning behind it.

03

Context beats volume

More dashboards do not shorten incidents. Understanding how systems connect does.

04

Real networks are messy

Multiple vendors, legacy platforms and partial telemetry are normal. Netlume is built for the environment you have, not an ideal one.

05

Safe by default

Read-only first, least privilege always, and nothing destructive without explicit approval.

06

Earn trust with operators

Network engineers are rightly sceptical. We build for the people who run the network, and we measure ourselves by whether they keep using it.

Where we are

An early-stage company, building in the open with operators.

Netlume is currently being validated through early technical trials in large-scale network environments, helping us refine investigation workflows around real operational problems. The product demonstrations on this site use simulated environments and illustrative data to show how the platform is designed to work.

We are looking to work closely with infrastructure teams who operate large, multi-vendor networks, data center fabrics or AI clusters — and who want to shape a tool that fits how they actually troubleshoot.

If that sounds like your team, we would like to hear from you at [email protected].

Turn infrastructure complexity into clear answers.

See Netlume investigate a real-world failure scenario on a multi-vendor fabric, and talk with the engineers building it about your environment.
